The Introduction To Brocade Silk Craftsmanship

Brocade is a general term for China's most famous traditional silk fabric, known for its exquisite and luxurious quality. It is a complex, three-layered weft weave made from satin fabric with a solid-colored warp and at least three types of colored silk threads used for the weft to create intricate patterns. The fabric is also enhanced with a twill weave for decorative effects.
