Qualifications for Refunds

-Most new, unused, and unopened items are eligible for a complete refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.
-Items that have been personalized or customized are often not returnable.
-Your item needs to be in its original packing and in the same condition as when you received it in order for you to be able to return it.

Return shipping charges and all associated costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns for items that don't fit these requirements won't be accepted.

Starting a Refund

Initiate a return by completing the following steps:

-To obtain a return authorization (RA) number, email sinicachic@gmail.com to our customer service team. Kindly mention the cause for the return along with your order number.

-As soon as you have your RA number, box up the item or items you want to return, making sure to include any accessories, documentation, and original product packing.

- Clearly Mark the RA number on the package's outside.

-Mail the return to the address your RA number is on file. Unless the return is the result of our error (you received an inaccurate or damaged item, for example), you are liable for the cost of return postage.

 

Refund Duration

We are constantly available and will do everything in our power to satisfy our clients. Refunds are processed within 7 business days, though weekends and holidays may cause delays. You will receive an email from us reminding you to check it out after we've granted the refund. Your original mode of payment will be used to process the refund.

 

Concerning Refund

1. Should your order be devoid of any discounts or promos, you will be refunded in full for the items, up to the item's original price as displayed on our website.

2. The price you have paid for the item is changed if your order includes any promotions or discounts. As a result, the amount of the refund will differ from the items' original cost. 3. The refund does not include the shipping cost.

 

Return Fees: All taxes and shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. It is advised that you utilize a tracking-capable courier like FedEx or UPS. SinicaChic disclaims any liability for missing or stolen goods while in transit.

Return Status: Kindly verify with your delivery courier that your returned goods have been received by us.
