• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date.
• Use secure packaging, like a sturdy box, to protect your item during transit. Returns in envelopes or poorly packaged items that arrive damaged are not eligible for refund.

• Within 14 days (postmark date): Full refund or exchange (minus any return shipping fees).
• After 14 days but within 30 days: Store credit only.
• After 30 days: We'll return the item to you at your expense—no refund or credit.

Once we receive your return, expect processing within up to 14 business days.
