This coverage is designed to give you peace of mind, protecting against unexpected defects so you can wear your jewelry with confidence.

What's Covered
Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and safeguards against breakage or malfunction under normal, everyday use—specifically due to flaws in materials or workmanship. If an issue arises, we'll repair the item or, at our discretion, replace it with the same model or a comparable one. Note: This is a one-time replacement per item.


Exclusions and Limitations
To keep things fair and focused on manufacturing issues, the warranty doesn't cover:

  • Misuse or alterations: Any damage from improper handling, modifications, or abuse voids the coverage.
  • Wear and tear: Normal signs of daily use, like gradual tarnish or minor scratches, are expected and not warrantied.
  • Final sale items: This includes sample sale pieces, limited editions, or anything marked as "FINAL SALE" in the product description—these are non-returnable and non-warrantied.
  • Lost or stolen items: We're sorry, but we can't cover these circumstances.
  • Shipping costs: You'll be responsible for return shipping to us for any repair or replacement.

We reserve the right to inspect and determine if an item qualifies based on our jewelry experts' assessment.


Special Note on Restringing
For bracelets or malas that need restringing, we'll handle it under warranty if it's due to a defect—but all original beads, including charms, must be provided. Without them, we can't proceed.
